Other Information:
Regular size field with a focus to CQB and suitable for 15 - 30 people
Field Description:
The field is a little smaller than advertised and ideal for close quarters battle with a focus to medium range. The facilities were fairly basic and having our own safety area was a nice touch. Although the field is far from the changing room, toilets and kitchen.
Pickup was smooth and staff were very helpful during the course of the day.
The field design was unique ad it has many buildings and shelters themed around the cowboy era, making for some good photo opportunities.
The safety area overlooks the whole field, so in games requiring monitoring, the game master can easily see the entire field for logistical purposes such as announcements and monitoring the game progress.
The biggest drawback was the field advertises it as being a large field, but it really isn't. This caused problems for our game plans as many were not suitable in such a small field.
Overall it was a nice field, but the minimum booking for ten people seems a bit high as we had 30 people, making the field seem somewhat full.
