About the event
We will host an afternoon and night game on a Saturday.
Time will be from 13:00 until around 21:00. Playing a half day is optional and there will be camping for those that do not want to return in the evening.
Day Game Only: ¥3,000 (13:00 - 17:00)
Day & Night Game: ¥4,000 (13:00 - 21:00)
The night game is not mandatory,. If you want to attend the day games and enjoy a BBQ and/or camping in the evening, this is also fine.

Camping Reservation (¥3,000)
¥3,000 on the day. Fee covers large shared commercial tent (for up to 30 persons) and use of showers. Please bring your own sleeping bag (or rent one) towel and toiletries.

¥3000 on the day. BBQ will be held at from 16:30. Fee will include a selection of meats, plant based meat, vegetables and yakisoba, cost of grill rental, charcoal and utensils etc. Drinks will include soft drinks, beer, chu hai, wine and whiskey.

The radio will be an Icom 4100. Please pay ¥700 on the day. If the radio is damaged or lost, users must pay ¥8,500 for a replacement on the day.
